| Production Notes: | Our Grenache Blanc was hand picked into ½ ton boxes and delivered to the winery by a refrigerated truck. At press, the free run was separated from the press fraction. The juice settled in a stainless steel tank for 24 hours and then racked and inoculated with yeast to begin fermentation. No malolactic fermentation took place. |
